This is where we show our own work before we sell it. Each card says what is done and what is not. When a piece has a number we have checked, the number is here with the date we checked it. A card with no number means we do not have one yet.

PIECE 01In progress

A brand-story video from existing assets

A 30-second story told in type and the island map, built from data we hold: the Oʻahu website audit.

Done: The script and its claims table are written. A reference board of 28 real pieces was read and listed. The numbers were pulled read-only from our audit.
Not done: No frame has been rendered. Nothing is viewable yet.
Next: Style frames, then an animatic with temporary sound, then the piece.

PIECE 02In progress

An animated logo reveal as a product

A short reveal built from any client's vector logo: the same method, their mark.

Done: Four directions of our own reveal are rendered and checked frame by frame (A Eruption, B Forge, C Rise, D Archipelago).
Not done: None has been approved at playback speed with sound, so none is shown here yet.
Next: One direction approved, then the same method run on a client's vector.

A month of posts, in public

Thirty days of posts on our own channels, one a day, six tested formats, on TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X and Instagram. The calendar below is the plan; the finished pieces are the thumbnails.

Done: Five of the first six posts are made: video, cover and captions for every channel. The sixth is a scoreboard that is rendered the morning it goes out, with that morning's real numbers.

Search and AI-search proof on our own sites

What Google, Bing and the AI answer engines show for calderahawaii.com and a product site, with the numbers from Search Console and Bing.

Done: Search Console is verified for calderahawaii.com. Changed pages are submitted to Bing and the IndexNow engines after each deploy; the first submission was received on October 19, 2026.
Not done: No impressions, clicks or citations are published yet; Bing Webmaster Tools is not connected. A submission received is not a page indexed.

The order is the build order, not importance. A piece moves to Live only when it exists at full quality and has been approved at playback speed, with sound where it has sound.

One post a day at noon Hawaiʻi time, Mondays off. Six formats, each run four times, so the numbers say which ones work for a studio like ours. Thumbnails are the finished pieces; the rest is the plan, and it can change at a weekly review.
