For Oʻahu businesses that don't have a website yet
Your first website, done.
$500for the whole first year
Domain, hosting, email on your own domain, a fast one-page site written and designed for you, your Google listing set up and verified, and a month of fixes after launch. Priced item by item at typical Honolulu rates, this is $1,500 to $2,000 of work. It costs $500 because most of it is automated and because the businesses we start with become our case studies.
Everything included
The works, not a template and a login.
Each of these is usually a separate bill from a separate company. You get one price, one person, and a site that is yours.
yourbusiness.com (or the best available). You own it; we never hold it hostage.
Fast, secure hosting on a global network, the padlock in the browser, no monthly hosting bill.
[email protected], delivered to the inbox you already use. Looks like a business, because it is one.
What you do, where you are, hours, photos, a map, and the one button that matters: call, book, order or visit. Fast on a phone on hotel wifi.
The listing people see before any website: hours, photos, category, the link to your new site. Verified, so you control it.
Title, description and the structured business details Google reads, so searches for your name and your category find you.
Yours if you have them; otherwise a 30-minute phone shoot at your place in Honolulu, included.
Changed your hours, added a dish, new photo? For the first month, send it over and it's done the same day.
Plain terms
$500 now. $120 a year after that.
What happens: you tell us about the business (two minutes, below). Within three days you see the page. You say what to change. Live within seven days of your go, listing verified.
What you own: the domain, the email, the site, the photos. If you ever leave, everything goes with you, and we help you move it.
From year two: $120 a year covers the domain, hosting, email and small updates. More pages, a booking system or a shop are quoted as fixed prices, in writing, before any work.
Founding price: $500 is for the first ten businesses. After that it is $750. We count in public; ask us where the count stands.

Questions
Because one good page beats five thin ones. It says what you do, where, when, and how to reach you, and it loads in a second. More pages come later, as fixed quotes, when you need them.
Yes. It is registered in your name, with your email as the contact. We manage it for you; we don't own it.
We use them. The price doesn't change.
Yes: domain, hosting, SSL, email, the page, the Google listing, the shoot, a month of fixes. No add-on appears unless you ask for one, in writing.
No. We write it from a twenty-minute conversation and whatever you already have: menus, flyers, your Instagram. You approve every word before it goes live.
It is built for phones first. Most of your visitors will be on a phone, often on hotel wifi, so the page is light and the call or book button is always in reach.
Send us the change and it's done: same day in the first month, and small updates stay covered by the $120 a year after that. If you'd rather edit it yourself, say so at the start and we set that up.
The page links to what you already use (Toast, Square, OpenTable, FareHarbor, Shopify). A shop or booking system of your own is quoted separately as a fixed price, in writing, before any work.
You see your page within three days of answering the form. Live within seven days of your go.
Caldera is a Honolulu studio run by Nicholas Mandryk: websites, social content and motion for local businesses. The main page has the rest.
